SPC (Social Progress Credit)
‘Social Progress Credit (SPC)’ is an experiment conducted by
SK to activate the ecosystem of social enterprises.
SPC is a project that converts social values created by
social enterprises into currency and provides equivalent
value in ‘cash incentives.’
In other words, it is a value converting or value exchanging
project, which converts social values created by social
enterprises into economic values.
Recently, the importance of ‘Collective Impact’, which concentrates on the resources and capabilities of various social entities in order to resolve common social issues, is drawing great attention. On this issue, SK launched the social contribution platform called the ‘Happy Alliance’ to eliminate the issue of children who might skip meals, a typical issue in society.
Social Entrepreneur MBA
The social entrepreneur MBA selects 20 social entrepreneurs operating in various field of expertise and offers various programs designed to enhance their capabilities in resolving social issues, advance management capabilities, and enhance their sense of calling for society.
